It integrates linear motor technology and traditional conveying system perfectly, and is accurate, agile, flexible and efficient. It is suitable for the logistics transport links featuring high speed in packaging and assembly technologies, such as those in automobile, consumer electronic components and parts, semiconductor, medicine and other industries.
 

Main technical parameters:
 

1. Accuracy: The maximum repositioning accuracy is ± 0.01 mm, and the measuring system is integrated;

2. Speed: The speed is up to 2.5 m/s, and the time for pallet turnover can be minimized to 0.1 s; 

3. Acceleration: It is up to 4G;

4. Load: A single pallet may carry a load of up to 10 kg effectively; 

5. Control: Both synchronous and asynchronous control are supported. Pallets can be controlled separately or in groups, and advance and return movement is possible.
